  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursdays from 9 AM to 8 PM, Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. 

  • What area do you provide service in?

    We are located in Southington, CT and welcome clients all over the state of Connecticut and New England area. Most of our clients come from surrounding towns such as Chesire, West Hartford, Farmington, Avon, Wallingford, Southbury, and Middlebury. 

  • Why should I choose Pure Skin?

    Pure Skin has over a decade of industry experience providing professional medical spa services. Our well-educated, compassionate staff is fully trained to correctly use advanced technology and methods to successfully complete each service. We take the time to meet with every client and ensure we understand their unique needs and goals in order to match them to the perfect service. 

  • Does Pure Skin offer services for men?

    In short, YES! Pure Skin does offer a variety of services that are for both men and women! We encourage any men that are looking for professional skin care and/or Med Spa services to contact us today about their goals.

  • What kind of training does your staff have?

    Our staff is a mix of dedicated medical providers and estheticians. Depending on your service, you will be working with the staff member that is properly trained to provide your treatment. 

  • Do you participate in continuing education?

    Yes! We pride ourselves on learning the best safety practices as well as the latest industry techniques. All of our providers attend continuing education courses, which include bringing trainers to Pure Skin to learn specific skills or traveling to courses across the U.S.

  • Do you have a medical director?

    Yes, we do have a medical director: Dr. Michelle Perez.

  • Can I have a consultation and treatment on the same day?

    Yes! A consultation and treatment can most likely happen on the same day, depending on the service chosen and our schedule that day. 

  • What service should I book if I don't know what I need?

    The best way to begin your journey is to schedule an injectable consultation. This is where we will be able to more intimately discuss your needs and find the right service for you. Pure Skin believes in the customized approach for each patient whether it is for injections or skin care. If you are new to us, we always provide a thorough, in-depth medical and esthetic consultation. For consultation appointments there is a fee; however, your consultation fee will be credited towards your chosen service once we decide how we will move forward.

  • How long does a typical appointment take?

    At Pure Skin, our appointments can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the service and the client's needs. For example, BOTOX® can take as little as 10 minutes while CoolSculpting takes typically an hour or longer.  

  • How much do your services cost?

    The pricing for our services range based on said service and how many times it will be needed. We invite our current and new patients to come in for consultations to go over exact pricing and what services would be best. We're proud to make our services affordable to our clients by offering monthly memberships starting at just $55 a month and financing with Care Credit for up to 12 months with no interest. . 

  • What types of payment options do you offer?

    We accept debit, credit card, checks, or cash as well as our customized in-house payment plans. Start your services with us with as little as $199 down. 

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! We offer payment plans many of our services. 

  • What is your cancellation policy for many of our services?

    Clients must cancel their appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If we do not receive notice of cancellation within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. At the time of booking, we will take your credit card information to hold your appointment but will not charge your card until service is completed or an appointment hasn’t been properly canceled. We do not provide refunds for online bookings.

  • What is your refund/return policy?

    Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. We do not provide refunds for online bookings.

  • Do I have to book a consultation to get a procedure or can I book a service directly?

    As a part of our process, all of our services include a free consultation regardless.
